GlobalPro, a leading insurance services firm, is seeking an enthusiastic, personable, team player for the role of Marketing Assistant.

The highly detail oriented, and organized, Marketing Assistant  will be responsible for assisting with all marketing initiatives across all platforms and family of brands.

Experience: Exceptional administrative skills including a minimum of two years of progressive work experience in marketing or similar position. Strong computer skills are required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage marketing and business development calendars, which includes events, social media / LinkedIn posts, and business development meetings.
  • Manage scheduling and deadlines for marketing and business development projects. 
  • Assist with all marketing and business development tasks.
  • Coordinate / Schedule CE classes, networking events, meetings, travel.
  • Manage inventory of all marketing materials and deliverables, ie: flyers, brochures, rack cards, business cards, etc.
  • Prepare for all marketing and business development meetings and events. All general event assistance, including set-up/takedown.
  • Maintain databases such as Mailchimp and others.
  • Maintain office supply inventory.
  • Gain in-depth and thorough understanding of P&C insurance and claims industry.
  • Serve as a back-up for other roles, as requested.
  • Local travel will be required.
