GlobalPro Georgia is proud to announce that we have joined the Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA), one of the nation’s largest and most influential multifamily housing trade associations. Representing more than 350 management companies overseeing 500,000+ apartment homes along with over 800 supplier partners, AAA plays a central role in shaping the rental housing landscape across the Atlanta metropolitan area and throughout Georgia.

The multifamily housing industry provides homes to approximately 1.9 million Georgians and supports hundreds of thousands of jobs across the state. With more than $7.3 billion contributed annually in taxes and local revenue and significant economic impact generated with every new development, the strength of this sector directly affects communities, municipalities, and families alike. AAA has long stood at the center of that ecosystem, offering education, legislative guidance, and community engagement initiatives that elevate the industry while reinforcing its role as a responsible community partner.
